  1. 1

    Register an account

Sign up with your name, email, and phone number. You're ready to go straight away.

  2. 2

    Submit a trip request

Choose Regular Trip for daily commutes or Special Trip for once off events. Enter your home address, work/destination address, and your work start and end times. If your company uses a specific fleet, enter their fleet number to be matched with that fleet's drivers directly.

  3. 3

    Get matched with a driver

The platform matches your request to drivers who have available slots on your route. You'll see the driver's vehicle, rating, and slot details.

  4. 4

    Agree terms and confirm

You accept a driver, and the driver accepts you back. Once both sides agree, a transport agreement is created with the fare locked in and your schedule is generated automatically. The agreed fare is held in escrow — your money is only released to the driver once each trip is completed. If a trip doesn't happen, you're not charged for it.

  5. 5

    View your schedule and ride

Your morning and afternoon pickup times and locations appear on your dashboard. Track your trip in real-time and get picked up at the scheduled point.

  6. 6

    Rate your driver

After each trip, rate the experience and leave feedback. Ratings help other passengers find reliable drivers.

  1. 1

    Register and complete your profile

Sign up, then add your vehicle details (make, model, registration, capacity) and upload your license. If you're part of a fleet, enter your fleet number to link up.

  2. 2

    Create driver slots

A slot represents a trip you're willing to drive — morning, afternoon, or both. Set the vehicle, passenger capacity, and the direction (to work / from work). You can create multiple slots for different routes.

  3. 3

    Receive and accept trip requests

Passengers whose routes overlap with yours will appear as incoming requests. Review each request's pickup/dropoff locations and accept the ones that fit your route.

  4. 4

Schedules and payment agreements are created automatically

Once you and the passenger both accept, a transport agreement is generated with the fare locked in and a schedule is created with the correct pickup and dropoff points for morning and afternoon. The passenger's payment is held in escrow from this point — no chasing money, no invoicing.

  5. 5

    Optimise your route

Open the Route Optimizer from your dashboard. It calculates the best pickup and dropoff order across all your passengers for each trip, so you spend less time driving and more time earning.

  6. 6

Drive, confirm arrivals, and complete trips

Follow the optimised route on the map. Mark each passenger as arrived at their stop. Once the trip is done, the fare held in escrow is released to your driver wallet automatically — no waiting, no manual claims. The trip is also logged to your timesheet.

  7. 7

    Track your performance

Your dashboard shows your ratings, trip history, timesheets, and passenger feedback. Higher ratings mean more incoming requests.

  1. 1

    Create your fleet

Register a fleet company with your business name. You'll get a unique fleet number that your drivers use to join.

  2. 2

    Add vehicles

Register each vehicle in your fleet — plate number, make, model, capacity, and photos. Assign fleet numbers so you can track them across the platform.

  3. 3

    Onboard your drivers

Give each driver your fleet number. When they register and enter it during profile setup, they're linked to your fleet. You'll see them on your dashboard immediately.

  4. 4

    Create slots and assign vehicles

Create driver slots for morning and afternoon trips. Assign a specific vehicle to each slot so you control which vehicle runs which route.

  5. 5

    Run fleet wide route optimisation

The Fleet Optimizer uses all pending passenger requests across your fleet and calculates the best assignment of passengers to vehicles and the optimal pickup/dropoff order for every slot — all at once.

  6. 6

    Monitor operations

Your fleet dashboard shows every driver's status, active slots, upcoming schedules, and live trip progress. Reassign vehicles or slots if a driver is unavailable.

  7. 7

Access timesheets, payouts, and trip history

View completed trips, arrival confirmations, no-shows, and cancellations across your entire fleet. Trip earnings are released from escrow automatically when each trip is confirmed complete and land in your fleet wallet. Export timesheets for payroll and reporting.

  1. 1

    Register your company

Sign up as a corporate account with your company name and contact details. You get a company profile that links all your employees and their transport activity in one place.

  2. 2

    Contract a fleet

Choose a transport fleet to handle your employee commutes. The fleet sets a flat rate for your company and the terms are captured as a transport contract on the platform. Once contracted, your employees are routed exclusively to that fleet's drivers — never into the open driver pool.

  3. 3

    Employees submit trip requests

Employees register on ShuttleLync and submit trip requests using your company's fleet number. The platform matches them directly to your contracted fleet's vehicles and drivers, with no manual coordination from your side.

  4. 4

    Schedules are created automatically

Once a driver and employee mutually accept, a recurring morning and afternoon schedule is generated. Pickup times and locations are set automatically based on each employee's home and office address.

  5. 5

    Payments handled in platform

Trips are billed at the contracted flat rate. Payments processed through ShuttleLync are subject to an 8% platform fee — this covers escrow, automated driver payouts, and transaction handling. You are only billed for completed trips.

  6. 6

    Monitor your staff transport

Your corporate dashboard shows every employee's active schedule, assigned driver, vehicle, and live trip status. You can see which employees are on route and which trips have been completed each day.

  7. 7

    Access reports and billing history

View completed trips per employee, arrival confirmations, no-shows, and monthly spend. Export records for HR, payroll, or travel allowance audits.
